i am so behind on our blog! i have a few good excuses tho.... brady finally came home on tuesday 9/8 after nearly 7 weeks in the NICU. (he is perfect!) so in sept and oct, i was spending lots of time down at my sister's (1h40m away). also, back-to-school always throws me off. and finally, THE JOB SEARCH. need i say more??
before i go back to june and catch everyone up on our summer, i need to post a few excerpts from chloe's writing:
* 1/09: (Below a drawing of someone sledding) This is someone sleding. She likes sleding. It is fun. Well she thinks it is. I do too. Like her.
* 2/09: If I met the president i will asck if evrey store colud have a jare that said peneys. And then when the jare is full he or her will give the peneys to por pepol.
* 3/09: If I became a famise (famous) soccer player i will cepe (keep) on playing soccer until i win 100 medlls. And when i do i will stop. But if a team needs me i will play agen.
* 4/09: chloe's class had an "author's tea" and each child shared their newly created books with their parents. chloe's dedication read "Dedicated to Mommy and daddy and Amelia because you are the best. And I half to becas the authers tea."
* 5/09: I'm a cloud in the sky, just floating by, and this is what I see.... I see a howus (house) and a swingset and green grass and the wind pushing the swings. I am a cumulus cloud.
* 7/09: My happy thought is haveing a picknick. And swiming in the pool. Going to the beach. Also climeing trees. Roling down the green grass. Makeing books. Doing arts and crafts. Playing with my sister.
* 8/09: When I grow up I will live on a farm. I will grow lots of froots and vetchibols and get milk and eggs from the animals. I will sell evreything in a markit.
[when i asked her about this, she told me that she will marry someone who builds houses so that she doesn't have to pay the bank for a house and "The money I make in the market will will help pay for my children."]
